Businesses have to be profitable for the loans to be paid back. RINO anyone?
As to the underground banking seems like a lot of transactions are not going through the government and although they had been passive, they are now clamping down with caps on interest charged.

As an aside, the story I have about a recent trip to China goes like this: a woman on a cultural exchange assignment was staying at a hotel where there was no internet, and was directed to an internet cafe type of room on another floor where she could gain access. She made copies and when she was done the woman attendant said the copies were $4 per page. The sign on the wall said free internet, so she paid and left. The next day she returned to use the internet again and used the computer but made no copies. Upon leaving, the attendant said, "You pay."
The woman said, "Me no pay - free internet," pointing to the sign on the wall.
"You wait, I go get manager".
The woman waited, and the attendant soon produced a man out of the hallway in a suit.
She immediately recognized the man as the bellboy, and forcefully said so to the attendant. She was allowed to leave with no additional monies surrendered and a bit of a lesson.keithpiccirillohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16713240199705068281noreply@blogger.com
